Urbanbliss Luxury Salon is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what we do and it is reflective on the smiles and repeat business of our clients. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our customers.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

When scheduling salon services of 3 hours or more, Urbanbliss requires a deposit of 1/2 the value of the package or a credit card. 48 hour cancellation notice is required to receive full refund or to prevent charges. When scheduling services of 5 hours or more, a 72 hour cancellation notice is required in order to avoid charges of 1/2 the service value. We appreciate cancellation notice of at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time for all other services.  For groups booking total salon service hours of 3 or more, there will be a 15% gratuity added to your service total.

Gift Certificates

Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to your recipient.

Keratherapy Smoothing Treatment

  1. One MUST schedule a consultation with Wanda prior to scheduling an appointment for the straightening treatment.
     
  2. Consultation - free - 15 minutes.
     
  3.  Deposit of $150 required at time of consultation if you are a new Guest
     
  4. Required deposit of $150 will be applied to total service price on date of actual service rendered. If less than 48 hours cancellation time is recieved towards the appointment time, this deposit is non-refundable. In the event the guest decides NOT to recieve the straightening treatment, the balance will be carried forward to any other service or products the guest requests, NO refunds are possible.

We cannot accommodate a late arrival of more than 15 minutes for salon services unless you are willing to compromise the time spent receiving your service.

What to wear for a pedicure

Dress comfortably, preferably in pants or shorts that are above the knee, or can be rolled up. Wear open toe sandals or flip-flops so that your polish will not smudge after your service.

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds on services provided or gift certificates purchased.

Valuables

You are responsible for any and all valuables that you bring in to our place of business. Please leave them in a safe and secure place.

Cell Phones

For the relaxation of other guests as well as your own, please turn off your cell phone when entering our place of business.

Service Guarantee

If you receive a color or texture service, please ask your stylist for their recommended home care. Our services are guaranteed with the use of professional home care products.

 

For the protection of your children and the purpose of your complete relaxation and that of fellow guests, we ask that you NOT bring your children with you unless they have an appointment with one of our service providers

 

 We have the right to refuse service to anyone

Bridal Parties

Changes regarding bridal parties must be made a minimum of 1 week prior to service dates so that we may staff accordingly and accomodate your needs efficiently. Payment of bridal parties and packages must be made in full BEFORE the actual service dates so that YOU and your party may relax and enjoy your visit without the hassle of pay issues.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.
